• Communicate with clients by phone, text, and email within 20 minutes • Provide process and administrative support to the team • Capture every detail accurately in the CRM • Solve problems proactively using AI tools • Deliver a five-star customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication skills • Impeccable English with flawless written and spoken proficiency • Tech savvy • Experience with ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and CRM software • Work-from-home setup with a computer, reliable internet, and workspace for video meetings • Ability to work 9am–6pm CST, Thursday–Monday • Experienced-level position
