📋 Description

• Deliver engaging online and on site training for new and existing customers, supported by high quality materials and tailored programmes. • Provide expert consultancy that helps clients optimise system use, including hosting webinars and travelling nationwide when required. • Develop colleagues internally through inductions and workshops, while proactively managing preparation, delivery, and follow up across all training activity.

🎯 Requirements

• You are an experienced insurance broker with hands‑on Acturis platform expertise and a track record of coaching or supporting new joiners. • You have the natural qualities of a great trainer – patient, clear in your communication, and confident presenting to different audiences. • You bring strong Microsoft skills and the curiosity to learn, adapt, and continuously improve how you share knowledge with others.
