📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders across all regions to define and implement strategic projects and transformation initiatives supporting long-range business objectives • Translate integrated business priorities into an actionable and prioritized list of initiatives • Oversee research plans and business analyses, and discover insights from data to validate hypotheses or challenge the status quo • Develop governance, reporting, communications, and operational policies for initiatives • Manage strategic projects and programs • Develop implementation strategies addressing business requirements and engaging appropriate delivery teams • Provide regular progress updates to executives, team members, and other stakeholders • Plan and execute high-quality change management throughout strategic projects • Lead major engagements in day-to-day problem solving and team management • Serve as a key internal and external contact for strategic initiatives • Bring deep functional expertise from internal and external sources and networks • Inspire, lead, and develop talent across the organization • Present and make recommendations to senior leadership and the Executive Team

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a business-related field or BA/BS in any major • 6+ years working in a strategy-focused role in the AV or IT industry • Alternatively, 2–3 years of experience with a top management consulting firm • Alternatively, 3–4 years of management consulting experience with an undergraduate degree or BA/BS; MBA preferred • High level of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel • Knowledge of AV/IT is a plus • Knowledge of go-to-market and product development is a plus • Ability to work with cross-functional teams consisting of senior leadership • Ability to present and make recommendations up to Executive Team level • High level of independence • Travel availability of 1–40%
