📋 Description

• Provide technical and subject matter expertise to customers and prospects throughout their lifecycle with Ada. • Collaborate with Sales to close new business and support pre-sales quarterly revenue goals. • Lead discovery sessions to uncover requirements, challenges, and opportunities. • Utilize knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms to address technical questions and provide solutions. • Deliver concise, value-based presentations, product demos, technical assessments, and roadmaps to all levels including C-suite. • Build custom product demonstrations and sandboxes showcasing Ada’s Automation-First strategy. • Scope and design integrations into customers' existing technology stack. • Support customers through implementation and going live with the product. • Retain and expand existing client accounts via quarterly business reviews and identifying upsell opportunities. • Drive adoption and utilization of the platform focused on increasing automated resolutions. • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to provide feedback and improve Ada’s products and marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of strategy/management/technology consulting and/or pre-sales engineering experience. • Working knowledge of APIs and a common understanding of SaaS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.). • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong relationship building skills; experience building relationships with VP level stakeholders considered an asset. • Technically and analytically curious; demonstrated ability to be a perpetual learner. • Reliable and resilient team player with a start-up mentality able to deliver on commitments whilst managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced constantly-changing environment. • Generative AI implementation experience considered a strong asset.
