📋 Description

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of a concrete crew performing structural concrete work. • Operating equipment and performing physical labor such as forming, reinforcing, placing, and finishing concrete. • Enforcing safety protocols and conducting ongoing jobsite safety monitoring. • Supervising and participating in concrete forming, reinforcing steel placement, concrete pours, and finishing operations. • Managing labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet production goals. • Completing daily reports, time sheets, and required project documentation accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience supervising structural concrete work on heavy, highway, or civil construction projects. • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction layouts. • Experience operating construction equipment and performing hands-on concrete work. • Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, reinforcing steel, placement methods, and finishing. • Familiarity with TDOT/DOT, ACI, and project-specific concrete specifications.
