• Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and plans. • Direct the day-to-day work of all on-site personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers, to maintain workflow and prevent delays. • Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections. • Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with regulations. • Conduct daily safety talks and weekly toolbox safety meetings. • Maintain accurate on-site documentation and reports for project progress. • Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Over 7 years of experience in supervising heavy/highway construction projects. • Proven ability to manage on-site operations effectively and efficiently. • Competence in interpreting plans, specifications, and implementing construction layouts from surveyor's stakes. • Experience operating construction equipment is required, with the ability to operate machinery as needed on-site. • Familiarity with DOT, COE, and other regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
