📋 Description

• Collaborate with business line leaders to understand marketing and communication requirements and assist in developing compelling brand messaging. • Consult with stakeholders to determine optimal marketing strategies that drive measurable results and effectively manage projects. • Maintain and evolve the AdaptHealth brand, ensuring all content aligns with overall brand strategy. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of marketing platforms to create and implement best practices for improved efficiency and growth. • Lead, manage, and inspire the Creative Services team, including graphic designers, content creators, and production artists. • Oversee and delegate daily creative responsibilities to optimize workflow and productivity. • Review and proofread all marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines prior to final approval. • Brainstorm and develop new visual opportunities focused on improving audience engagement. • Responsible for the selection and hiring of qualified staff, ensuring effective onboarding, and providing comprehensive training.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or related field from an accredited college is required. • 7 to 10 years of digital graphics, marketing, and/or project management in a collaborative B2C/B2B environment is required. • Healthcare experience a plus.
