📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships. • Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies. • Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs. • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop marketing plans. • Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables. • Deliver performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with key insights. • Present campaign results and ROI metrics, tying performance to client business goals. • Identify opportunities to upsell services or expand scope. • Handle client escalations and proactively resolve issues. • Manage onboarding process for new clients. • Educate clients on services, tools, and processes used by the team. • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution timelines and team task allocation. • Implement and manage project management tools. • Streamline campaign workflows and eliminate inefficiencies. • Standardize reporting, documentation, and communication formats. • Liaise between creative, media buying, analytics, and account teams to ensure smooth execution. • Monitor bandwidth and resource allocation; manage freelancers if needed. • Ensure campaign deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. • Oversee testing, review cycles, and deployment of campaigns. • Manage usage of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.). • Ensure tech stack is fully leveraged and integrated across teams. • Track internal budgets for media spends, tools, and agency operations. • Coordinate with third-party vendors, freelancers, and platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.) • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strong communication, client presentation, and negotiation skills • Experience with marketing automation, dashboards, and analytics tools • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
