• Researches, completes and submits all regulatory applications and filings required by the Medicare and Medicaid programs • Responsible for ensuring all deadlines for applications and revalidations are met • Communicates and corresponds with CMS and various agencies • Develops and maintains relationships with licensing agencies • Ensures that licensure applications and documentation are complete • Maintains active database of agency contact information and filing deadlines • Enters all updates into the agency portals in a timely manner • Maintains current knowledge of rules and regulations for each state • Assists in ensuring agency status changes are communicated properly • Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements • Performs other duties as assigned
• Bachelors degree in Business, Social Services or a related field • Experience in healthcare regulatory/licensing and enrollment • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills • Computer Proficiency - MS Office • Attention to detail; ability to understand and comply with program/contract policies and procedures • Service mentality
