• Help refine our sales motion and drive your team towards consistent performance results • Build and implement strategic account plans • Lead the team’s ongoing sales pipeline, activity, forecasts • Coach, mentor, guide, and drive development through skill mentoring and data analysis • Identify and support opportunities for training and growth across the team
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS • A proven record as a team leader selling a suite of products • Proven track record to consistently generate revenue and exceed quota • Ability to work cross-functionally to influence strategy and product roadmap • BA/BS from an accredited college or university
