📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical and functional leadership of data science projects, including managing multiple client engagements in parallel • Act as a reliable, competent point of contact who earns client trust through experience and expertise • Guide, coach and support the professional development of team members to strengthen their project-related capabilities • Proactively identify new methods, tools and strategies to advance client projects at a high level of quality • Collaborate with clients in distributed teams across multiple locations • End-to-end responsibility: from problem definition through data analysis, modeling and validation to production deployment at the client

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken and written, C1) and good English skills • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent qualification • Advanced knowledge of neurosymbolic approaches as well as modern Natural Language Processing technologies and frameworks, and current trends in generative AI • Several years of professional experience in developing and operationalizing data and AI products • Strong skills in Java, Python and SQL (particularly for data analysis, data engineering and ML/GenAI model development) • Deep understanding and hands-on experience managing ML models across the full lifecycle (development, deployment, monitoring, optimization) using modern MLOps practices • Several years of experience in team building and leadership • Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
