📋 Description

• Work in an automated phone system making outbound calls to potential customers responding to ADT marketing and partner campaigns • Engage with potential customers and verify that each contact meets specified criteria • Transfer qualified customers to an Inbound Sales Specialist • Use focused verbal communication and pointed rebuttals to overcome objections • Demonstrate empathy during customer interactions • Update call status in the phone system • Maintain availability to engage with potential customers • Adhere to company compliance and quality standards • Provide customer service while handling a high volume of outbound calls

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming • High-speed internet with minimum 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload speeds • Internet access solely by ethernet cord • High school diploma or GED required • Basic computer skills required • Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check • Sales experience preferred • Over-the-phone call center experience preferred • Excellent communication skills • Independent worker with experience in a commission-based environment • Self-starter motivated by personal goal achievement • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Strong listening skills for needs analysis • Strong business vocabulary • Strict adherence to team agendas, policies, and guidelines
