• Calling hospitals, rehab centers, and nursing facilities • Identifying discharge planners and social workers • Introducing our 24/7 care services • Pre-qualifying potential referrals • Scheduling appointments for our US-based Liaison
🎯 Requirements
• Clear English speaking (neutral accent preferred) • Professional phone etiquette • Healthcare experience preferred but not required • Comfortable calling US medical facilities • Organized and detail-oriented • Able to work US Eastern Time hours
