📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end post-production lifecycle on high-velocity projects • Brainstorm and troubleshoot raw footage • Polish and deliver final edits • Create platform-specific content for TikTok, X, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Edit projects from start to finish and present work to stakeholders • Incorporate stakeholder feedback • Work across refined studio shoots and lo-fi, mobile-first content • Use Google Veo, Nano Banana, and Flow generative AI tools to streamline workflows and explore production possibilities • Collaborate with creative and graphics teams • Use video templates to maintain brand consistency across social assets • Manage high-volume workloads, competing priorities, and tight deadlines • Keep the team updated throughout each project

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience editing advertising, commercial, or digital content • Portfolio showcasing best social and corporate video work • Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency (required) • Working understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Avid • Familiarity with aspect ratios, compression, and safe zones for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Enthusiasm to learn and leverage Google’s generative AI models in the workflow • Strong instincts in narrative structure, pacing, music selection, and viewer engagement • Adobe After Effects and Photoshop experience (bonus)
