📋 Description

• Conceptualize and execute social-first static, animated, video, and presentation deck assets • Deliver creative assets for presentations, mobile/social formats, and custom wide-format displays • Manage end-to-end delivery of urgent creative requests while maintaining brand standards • Translate complex data, statistics, and business metrics into charts, graphs, and infographics • Apply advanced typography, visual weight, whitespace, contrast, alignment, and scannable slide layouts • Adapt creative decks across 16:9, 9:16, and custom wide-format specifications • Build, maintain, and scale presentation templates, smart layouts, style sheets, and reusable components • Design static and animated social assets according to creative direction and platform specifications • Use Google generative AI creative tools such as Veo and Nano Banana • Collaborate with senior designers, creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders • Manage delivery estimates, status updates, and stakeholder feedback • Balance multiple priorities in a high-volume workload and meet rigorous deadlines • Research industry trends and emerging social media behaviors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design and social-first content • BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field • Proven success managing high-priority projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience interpreting performance metrics such as CTR and engagement to optimize design decisions • Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, platform-specific requirements, aspect ratios, safe zones, and interactive media for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook • Grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and emerging trends • Ability to translate complex brand messages into compelling narratives and troubleshoot design challenges • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma • Understanding of the full art production and graphic editing process • Ability to leverage AI tools in creative production • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines • Ability to adapt to platform updates, new features, and shifting priorities • Legally authorized to work in the country where the role is located • Preferred: social media design experience in a high-volume social agency, rapid-response brand team, or digital newsroom • Preferred: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, motion graphics, video template creative direction, creator/influencer experience, social following management, and B2B/digital marketing familiarity
