🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). • 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, or network engineering. • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, servers (Windows/Linux), storage systems, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Experience using IT monitoring and management tools (e.g., LogicMonitor/PRTG). • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components: servers, network devices, storage, databases, and cloud platforms. • Experience in security best practices, firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
