📋 Description
• Support leadership with consultant oversight and tracking of scope, schedule, and budget. • Coordinate CEQA/NEPA deliverables, reviews, and approvals. • Lead interdisciplinary and agency/stakeholder coordination. • Assist with documents, memos, legal trackers, post-ROD tasks, and EIR/EIS tracking.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS + 8 Years of Relevant Experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. • Experience coordinating multi-agency and interdisciplinary teams • Familiarity with rail project development phases and related transportation disciplines • Knowledge of federal and state contracting regulations • Preferred experience supporting environmental policy implementation and post-Record of Decision (ROD) activities • Strong knowledge of CEQA/NEPA processes, including preparation of Records of Decision (RODs) and Notices of Determination (NODs)
