⢠Oversee the performance of major programs and projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs ⢠Continue involvement in and execution of billable work ⢠Drive program performance, client satisfaction, business performance, and KPI attainment ⢠Identify and proactively address governance and risk issues ⢠Develop solutions to client problems and participate in major project reviews and dashboard deep dives ⢠Drive adoption of digital tools and integrate international Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery ⢠Manage high-quality client projects ⢠Share people-management responsibilities for approximately 50 department staff ⢠Build relationships across three multinational chemical company client organizations ⢠Resolve major issues, support project manager feedback, develop succession plans, and advise on recruiting ⢠Train, mentor, and coach project managers and team members ⢠Evaluate individual performance of project managers ⢠Collaborate on business development, profitable backlog growth, financial success, budgets, capture strategies, and key pursuits ⢠Escalate project issues and address resourcing, technical, invoicing, cash collection, subconsultant, and vendor concerns ⢠Drive project management practices aligned with AECOM Project Delivery System and Quality Management System requirements ⢠Ensure accuracy of workload planning, pricing compliance, DOA approvals, Salesforce pipeline data, and detailed forecast reports
⢠Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education ⢠Must pass a background check ⢠Must pass a motor vehicle records check ⢠US citizenship or permanent residency required ⢠Sponsorship is not offered now or in the future ⢠Master's Degree preferred ⢠15 years of related experience preferred ⢠California Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer preferred ⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal ⢠Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations ⢠Resilient and tenacious, with a propensity to persevere ⢠Ability to work collaboratively ⢠Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges ⢠Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation business, including risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions for an environmental consultant
