⢠Oversee the performance of major programs and projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs ⢠Drive program performance, business performance, client satisfaction, and KPI attainment ⢠Identify and proactively address governance and risk management issues ⢠Develop solutions to client problems and issues ⢠Review program and project dashboards to identify issues and improve performance ⢠Drive adoption of digital tools and integrate Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery ⢠Manage high-quality client projects and continue executing billable work ⢠Share people-management responsibilities for approximately 50 department staff ⢠Build and maintain relationships across three multinational chemical company client organizations ⢠Resolve major issues and provide rapid follow-up on concerns ⢠Develop succession plans and advise on recruiting key personnel ⢠Train, mentor, and coach project managers and team members ⢠Evaluate project manager performance ⢠Collaborate with account, practice, and business-line leaders to grow profitable backlog ⢠Develop budgets for business development portfolio management and project oversight ⢠Lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects ⢠Escalate project issues and address resourcing, technical, invoicing, cash collection, subconsultant, and vendor concerns ⢠Drive consistent project management practices aligned with AECOM PDS and QMS requirements ⢠Ensure accuracy of Workload Planning Tool, Salesforce pipeline, and Detailed Forecast outputs ⢠Maintain compliance with West Region Environment Pricing guidance and DOA approval framework
⢠Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education ⢠Master's degree preferred ⢠15 years of related experience preferred ⢠Strong environmental and remediation business knowledge, including risk-based strategic asset management ⢠Experience advocating across multiple state jurisdictions for an environmental consultant ⢠California Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer preferred ⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal ⢠Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations ⢠Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere ⢠Ability to work collaboratively ⢠Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges ⢠Ability to pass a background check ⢠Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check ⢠US citizenship or permanent residency required ⢠Sponsorship is not offered now or in the future
