⢠Oversee the performance of major programs and/or projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs ⢠Drive program performance, business performance, client satisfaction, and KPI attainment ⢠Identify and proactively address governance and risk-management issues ⢠Develop solutions to client problems and issues ⢠Review program and project dashboards to identify issues and improve performance ⢠Drive adoption of digital tools and integrate Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery ⢠Manage high-quality client projects and execute billable work ⢠Share people-management responsibilities for approximately 50 department staff ⢠Build and maintain relationships across three multinational chemical company client organizations ⢠Serve as a focal point for major issue resolution and provide follow-up on concerns ⢠Support feedback, succession planning, recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching of project managers and team members ⢠Evaluate project manager performance ⢠Collaborate with account, practice-area, and business-line leaders to grow profitable backlog ⢠Develop budgets and manage business-development portfolios, wins, bookings, and project oversight ⢠Lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects ⢠Escalate project issues and address resourcing, technical, invoicing, cash collection, subconsultant, and vendor concerns ⢠Drive project-management practices aligned with AECOM PDS and QMS requirements ⢠Ensure accurate workload planning, pricing compliance, DOA approvals, Salesforce pipeline data, and forecast reports
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education ⢠Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation experience ⢠Successful completion of a background check ⢠Successful completion of a motor vehicle records check ⢠US citizenship or permanent residency required ⢠Must not require current or future sponsorship ⢠Master's Degree preferred ⢠15 years of related experience preferred ⢠California Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer preferred ⢠Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation business ⢠Experience with risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions while working for an environmental consultant ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal ⢠Ability to work flexibly and adaptably in ambiguous situations ⢠Team collaboration skills ⢠Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
