đ Description
⢠Oversee the performance of a group of major environmental programs and projects ⢠Drive program performance to meet or exceed client satisfaction and internal/client-facing KPIs ⢠Manage governance, risk identification, project reviews, dashboards, and performance improvement ⢠Develop solutions to client problems and drive adoption of digital tools ⢠Execute billable Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation work ⢠Manage and share people-management responsibilities for approximately 50 department staff ⢠Build relationships across three multinational chemical company client organizations ⢠Resolve major issues and support client satisfaction and long-term growth ⢠Develop succession plans, advise on recruiting, and train and mentor project delivery employees ⢠Coach project managers and team members on business performance and internal KPIs ⢠Grow profitable backlog and ensure financial success with account, practice area, and business line leaders ⢠Develop business development budgets and lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects ⢠Escalate project issues and address resourcing, technical, invoicing, cash collection, subconsultant, and vendor concerns ⢠Drive project management practices aligned with AECOM Project Delivery System and Quality Management System requirements ⢠Ensure accurate workload planning, pricing compliance, approval framework compliance, Salesforce pipeline data, and detailed forecasts
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education ⢠Must pass a background check ⢠Must pass a motor vehicle records check ⢠US citizenship or permanent residency required ⢠Sponsorship is not offered now or in the future ⢠Master's Degree preferred ⢠15 years of related experience preferred ⢠California Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer preferred ⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal ⢠Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations ⢠Resilient and tenacious, with a propensity to persevere ⢠Ability to work collaboratively with others ⢠Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges ⢠Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation business ⢠Experience with risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions for an environmental consultant
