📋 Description

• Develop and deliver impactful talent attraction campaigns supporting AECOM’s global growth ambitions • Position AECOM as an employer of choice • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Employer Brand and internal stakeholders to develop targeted messaging and content • Implement integrated marketing and communications activities to build prospect relationships • Deliver internal marketing initiatives promoting employee referrals and engagement • Develop strategy and create, write and roll out campaign content • Work with Marketing and Employer Brand to ensure campaigns align with AECOM’s employer value proposition, brand guidelines and global content calendar • Deliver measurable outcomes within the 12-month term • Document campaign learnings, templates and reporting for handover • Measure campaign analytics and spend, demonstrating performance, benefits and ROI • Identify effective digital and social media channels for promoting job vacancies • Use SEO/PPC, online recruiting banners, email marketing and analytics to increase candidate traffic • Manage projects and develop content for in-person and virtual recruitment events using AECOM’s virtual careers fair platform • Report to the Global Head of Strategic Recruitment and work closely with Global Strategic Marketing and Employer Brand teams

🎯 Requirements

• A relevant internationally recognized degree or specific industry qualification in Marketing, HR or TA is preferred • Experience in an Employer Brand and/or Marketing role with experience in leading content creation and campaigns • Background in digital strategy and tactical digital marketing • Experience writing and rolling out paid and organic social media campaigns • Experience with SEO, including organic and PPC development • Experience developing campaign activity to aid lead generation • Experience with email marketing and CRM management • Appreciation of technology and digital advances, including how to leverage Artificial Intelligence for candidate attraction • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems for candidate attraction • Demonstrated ability to digest and use data to drive decision making • Ability to champion and promote diversity • Ability to work hands-on and lead by example • Problem-solving and solutions-oriented approach • Ability to manage complex and high-pressure situations • Experience, confidence and presence to influence and engage Talent Acquisition, Marketing, HR and Operational leads • Ability to act ethically and compliantly in the best interests of the business • Newly hired employees must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
