📋 Description

• Collaborate across AECOM’s energy practice and other business lines to deliver integrated, cutting-edge solutions for data center energy projects. • Inspire and monitor multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction. • Serve as a thought leader in the energy sector, representing AECOM in industry forums and shaping the future of power delivery and generation for data centers. • Spearhead business development efforts by identifying opportunities, leading pursuits, and crafting winning proposals. • Build and nurture strong relationships with data center developers, high-tech clients, and other key stakeholders. • Oversee a project portfolio of design, development, and implementation of natural gas power plants and substations that meet the unique demands of data centers. • Deliver fast-paced, high-stakes projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring AECOM remains at the forefront of innovation in energy solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BA and 10 years of relevant experience with focus on natural gas power plants or substations or demonstrated equivalency of experience and /or education, including 2 years of leadership. • Proven success in leading pursuits, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. • Understanding of the unique energy requirements for data centers, including reliability, scalability, and sustainability. • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
