📋 Description

• Supporting clients to develop and understand their sustainability & decarbonisation requirements. • Developing, delivering, and reviewing whole life carbon reduction strategies for a variety of scoping mechanisms (e.g., Greater London Authority, LETI & RIBA, RICS, BREEAM etc.). • Liaising directly with clients and designers to develop sustainability & decarbonisation strategies at the outset, implementing these from early design through to construction. • Delivery of assessment certification schemes such as BREEAM and DREAM. • LEED and/or WELL experience is advantageous. • Delivery of sustainability appraisals such as SAW and SEEAM. • Supporting project management and programming. • Supporting work winning through the bidding process incl. tender responses. • Mentoring of junior staff where suitable to help upskilling.

🎯 Requirements

• Good knowledge of the building design and construction process. • Experience of undertaking WLCAs using OneClick LCA, assessment certification schemes especially BREEAM and DREAM, and sustainability appraisals. • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply it to practical sustainability solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information. • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
