📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and execute multiple moderate-to-large scale projects and programs • Support the utility and land development for next-generation digital infrastructure • Focus on site development planning for data centers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, and consultants • Train and deploy machine-learning based program and project management and delivery platforms • Build trust with the client, local communities, and regulatory and economic development entities • Drive to completion due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field • 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management • Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects • Licensed Professional Engineer, Architect, or Land Planner (preferred) • Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning (preferred) • 12 or more years of experience in general land development, infrastructure, or project management (preferred) • Proficient with data center operations and site development and construction processes • Experience in managing client relationships and understanding their business needs
