📋 Description

• Hands-on, client-facing role delivering implementation projects for Workforce Go! HCM solutions. • Involved in configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM solutions. • Translate client requirements into effective HR technology implementations; provide project-specific consulting. • Collaborate with internal teams throughout each project to ensure success. • Conduct client needs assessment, scope definition, and data analysis to optimize configuration. • Identify and resolve implementation challenges; present options and select best-fit approach. • Maintain project documentation and reporting; communicate progress to clients and teams. • Support process improvements and ensure knowledge transfer to clients and professionals. • Collaborate with Professional Services team to ensure consistent project outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships through responsive communication, collaborative problem-solving, and solution-oriented service delivery. (Advanced) • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset for evaluating client requirements, identifying project improvements, and adapting solutions to meet business goals. (Advanced) • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying information to clients and team members and facilitating productive discussions. (Advanced) • Project Management & Multitasking: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks independently, with a focus on meeting project deadlines and handling competing priorities in a dynamic environment. (Intermediate) • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise applications, web technologies, and SaaS solutions, with the ability to leverage these tools for efficient HCM implementations. (Intermediate) • Problem-solving & Decision-making: Demonstrated ability to address and resolve project challenges, using a structured approach to identify, analyze, and implement solutions. (Intermediate) • Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach, effectively supporting peers and clients to achieve successful project outcomes. (Advanced)
