📋 Description

• As our Finance Manager, you are passionate about data and numbers. • You are an experienced FP&A/Finance professional who loves the continuous build phase of a start-up. • You get excited about helping to drive accelerated business growth through goal setting, financial modeling, and analytics. • You appreciate setting ambitious goals for yourself and our team and lean into measuring results along the way. • You get excited about the rapid pace and thrive in the ambiguity and continuous change of building a company. • You have a track record of proactive problem solving with exceptional communication and meticulous attention to detail and follow-up. • There is no problem too big or too small for you to dig into with a positive attitude. • Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered Onboarding, Moderation, and AI Agent Experiences that redefine user-to-user interactions. • You will help craft the building blocks for a platform where AI becomes a native part of the conversation/platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive and broad-based finance experience in high growth and or start-up environments • Experience/willingness to working with dispersed global teams • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills • Proven track record of financial analysis, financial modeling, and problem solving skills • Strong analytic skills and data-driven mindset • Experience establishing key business metrics and defining strategies for improvement and management • Resilient and comfortable taking ownership • The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment • Excellent communication skills • Advanced Excel experience • Nice to Have: MBA or equivalent • SQL knowledge
