âą Work with the Head of Safety and Head of Systems to: âą Design, analyze, and perform Verification & Validation (V&V) of autonomous vehicle system architecture âą Develop autonomous driving systems with cross-functional teams and construct the safety case that documents and defends the integrity of the solution âą Drive the creation, evolution, and deployment of dependable, safety-critical systems for autonomous driving within the airport driving environment âą Help to: âą Define and monitor KPIs for data-driven engineering and system performance âą Develop data collection and analysis pipelines to support V&V processes âą Define safety goals and requirements based on the ODD, hazards, and risks âą Create and manage requirements documentation, traceability, and system architecture âą Shape system behaviors for critical safety scenarios and ensure robust designs âą Identify and communicate risks while coordinating solutions and mitigations across teams âą Craft a pioneering safety framework for autonomous airside driving âą Establish, oversee, and uphold the rigorous engineering standards essential for the fail-safe performance
âą BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or a related field (or equivalent experience) âą Hands-on experience with systems engineering (e.g., V Model, requirements documentation, traceability, V&V) âą Experience generating safety artifacts for a complex autonomous system such as Hazard Analyses (HARAs), FMEAs, FTAs, STPAs âą Experience in developing and deploying robotic systems and / or autonomous vehicles with safety-critical components âą Functional safety and SOTIF basic experience âą Experience with data analysis and reporting, including Python / SQL basic proficiency and/or willingness to learn âą Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions across all levels of the organization âą Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage deeply and enjoy the work in a fast-paced environment
