📋 Description

• Support the growing RPO activity for demanding tech, biotech, and scale-up clients • Build search strategies from imperfect briefs • Conduct advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools • Write complex Boolean search strings • Identify hidden or non-obvious job titles • Analyze candidate profiles quickly • Conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups • Perform light pre-qualification • Manage 3–4 roles in parallel across tech, biotech, and corporate recruiting • Help build Affinity’s internal operating system using workflows, data, no-code tools, and AI • Deliver clean candidate shortlists • Work without client-facing responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Talent Sourcer profile • Ability to structure complex searches and deliver clean candidate shortlists • Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools • Ability to build search strategies from imperfect briefs • Ability to write complex Boolean strings • Ability to identify hidden or non-obvious job titles • Ability to quickly analyze candidate profiles • Personalized outreach and follow-ups • Light pre-qualification is a plus • Ability to manage 3–4 roles in parallel across tech, biotech, and corporate recruiting • Curiosity about the business/corporate world and ability to find A-players in unfamiliar fields • Creative problem-solving and ability to find shortcuts to target candidates and cover the full market • Passion for no-code and AI tools • Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets • Freelance availability
