📋 Description

• Drive the strategy, execution, growth, and scale of Affirm’s direct-to-consumer products across international markets • Iterate on product vision, refine product strategy, develop roadmaps, and lead execution • Adapt direct-to-consumer products for international markets by understanding consumer needs, analyzing performance data, and iterating features and capabilities • Ship high-impact work that drives success metrics and business results • Partner with engineering teams to drive product development and prioritization • Collaborate with Design, Research, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Credit, and Fraud stakeholders • Incorporate legal, governance, and regulatory oversight into products • Understand international consumers’ needs, decision-making, and feedback • Create seamless experiences across Affirm’s apps, wallets, marketplace, and related offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch • Experience working on consumer technology products in Canada, UK, EU, or Australia • Fintech, commerce, marketplaces, or payments experience is a bonus • Comfort discussing technical details with engineers • Ability to iterate on Figma designs with designers • Ability to analyze product funnels with data analysts • Discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics • Experience securing decisions from broad groups of senior stakeholders • Experience influencing engineering teams outside direct reporting lines • Bias toward action and ability to navigate obstacles and blockers • Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into an action plan • Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time • Ability to connect customer needs, product decisions, and business outcomes and make clear tradeoffs • Ability to work in the UK as the country of employment
