📋 Description

• Resolve incoming portal access, password reset, and EFT/ERA enrollment cases accurately and quickly, keeping daily case throughput high. • Work complex, externally dependent portal build cases — including those requiring payer or vendor site assistance — following up persistently until access is secured. • Place and receive frequent calls and live chats with insurance payer support lines and portal help desks to resolve access errors, and push stalled cases forward. • Serve as a clear, point of contact for practice staff working through portal or login issues with friendly service, owning the process and the result until it's resolved. • Manage team inboxes, triaging and responding to incoming requests promptly and routing them to the right owner when needed. • Track and document all case activity, call outcomes, and follow-up commitments accurately and on time within Salesforce. • Support community partner requests require research-based vetting and coordination. • Support Secret Server rollout tasks, including secure credential entry and verification for assigned practices. • Alert or surface recurring payer-side issues, portal outages, or trends to management. • Ensure all PHI and login credentials remain confidential and are handled in accordance with security protocols at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one to two years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role involving live problem-solving (healthcare or insurance experience preferred). • High School diploma or GED equivalent required. • A fast learner who can pick up new systems, payer rules, and workflows quickly in a fast-moving environment. • Flexible and quick to adjust — comfortable being pulled between a live request and a long-running case, and staying sharp through both. • Coachable and open to feedback; takes direction well and applies it immediately. • Clear, warm, and confident verbal communicator in all interactions. • Strong problem-solving instincts; comfortable working through ambiguous cases. • Stays organized and accurate even with several things going on at once. • Experience with Salesforce preferred. • Experience with insurance payer portals (e.g., Availity, UHC, Zelis) preferred. • Delinea Secret Server or similar secure credential management tools preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
