• Monitor posts and activity on Facebook, Google, Instagram, Google My Business, YouTube, and other platforms. • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly, with tact and good judgment. • Engage regularly with communities to encourage discussion and participation, increasing customer engagement and satisfaction. • Be able to manage multiple brands according to predefined standards. • Quickly identify and report issues to the department manager and external partners. • Communicate regularly with external partners to assist clients and/or obtain answers to product- or schedule-related questions. • Work closely with internal and external teams to develop and update the editorial calendar and build a response bank (FAQ). • Present subscriber feedback to the internal team and external partners to help shape a customer-focused brand.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written communication skills in French and English. • Degree in Communications or an AEC in Social Media Management (asset). • Customer service experience (asset). • Ability to demonstrate empathy and adapt tone and language to the situation. • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills for problem solving. • Ability to remain calm during crisis management.
