📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional technical projects and review architectures • Set and drive coding standards, technical processes, and tooling • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and stability • Conduct code reviews and mentoring to uphold quality standards • Collaborate across teams to foster open architectural discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of SaaS application development experience • Previously held a Staff Developer or higher title • Hands-on coding experience in React, TypeScript • Experience architecting complex frontend systems • Knowledge of frontend performance best practices • Collaboration with Backend Engineers and UX/UI Designers • Familiarity with AI tooling for code generation and reviews • Ability to operate at different levels from architecture to pair programming • Strong mentoring and coaching skills • Excellent delegation and team unblocking abilities • Belief in iterative improvements over full rewrites
