📋 Description

• Create, plan, and script videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn (short- and long-form). • Write podcast scripts and other audiovisual formats. • Be present and direct recordings, guiding presenters, interviewees, and the technical team. • Ensure visual and narrative consistency during recordings (set design, framing, brand aesthetics). • Write clear and comprehensive briefs for designers, video editors, and external vendors. • Act as the guardian of the brand’s audiovisual narratives, ensuring alignment with Agendor’s positioning. • Contribute copywriting for campaigns, digital assets, and texts (scripts, posts, headlines, CTAs). • Support the review and improvement of various written content (campaigns, blog posts, occasional emails). • Adapt scripts and content for different formats and digital channels, ensuring the message is appropriate for the target audience. • Monitor basic performance metrics for videos and content, providing creative insights for optimization. • Research and propose trends in audiovisual storytelling, formats, and digital languages. • Collaborate with Social Media, Inbound, PMM, and Growth to integrate audiovisual narratives into the brand strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience creating content and scripting videos. • Experience in copywriting (persuasive writing, storytelling, CTAs). • Experience directing recordings and an eye for visual aesthetics. • Ability to translate concepts into clear, actionable briefs. • Strong creative background and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Located near São Paulo (SP). • Familiarity with AI tools to optimize tasks and support creative and scripting workflows. • Experience with content strategies in B2B companies.
