📋 Description

• Deliver technical support, maintenance and repair services for Agfa Radiology imaging products • Install and commission imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment • Service and maintain imaging equipment to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance • Work with Agfa’s Shared Service Centre on service, maintenance, updates and installations • Maintain test equipment, tools and company property in good working order • Process spare parts in accordance with company policy • Expand personal, colleague and customer knowledge through continuous development and improvement • Build relationships and maintain teamwork with internal and external partners • Identify and escalate issues affecting customer satisfaction or contractual obligations • Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals • Travel to customer sites across a territory in the North of England • Act as liaison between Agfa Radiology Solutions and customers, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues

🎯 Requirements

• HNC/D degree in electromechanics, electronics, computer science or engineering, alternatively qualified by extensive experience • Previous field service experience undertaking similar work ideally • Strong IT skills • Microsoft Office skills • Networking Infrastructure skills • Full UK driving licence • Willingness to travel to customer sites • Ability to work in the North of England territory • Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies and work procedures
