📋 Description

• Manage large and complex installed base inventory and service contracts to ensure optimal service levels and seamless contract setup • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth by designing tailored enterprise service solutions that meet customer needs • Provide accurate business forecasts for your territory and take full ownership of delivering results • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging the full portfolio of services to maximize customer value • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while actively developing new connections to expand market presence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field, or equivalent professional experience • At least 5 years of experience in laboratory product/service sales, ideally within Agilent’s markets • Strong negotiation skills across all organizational levels, including occasional engagement with C-suite executives • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset • Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key internal and external partners • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with leading CRM systems is an advantage • Valid driving license
