• GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MSのフィールドサービス業務全般(カスタマエンジニア業務) • 装置据付、操作説明、確立されたアプリケーションの検収対応 • メンテナンス、バリデーション作業、定期点検、故障診断および修理対応 • 顧客からの技術的問い合わせ対応 • サポート商品の販売促進(消耗品、保守契約など) • サービスレポートの作成・提出 • 社内関連部門(営業、アプリケーション、開発等)との連携による顧客満足度向上
🎯 Requirements
• 高専卒以上(化学、電気、機械などの専攻) • 普通自動車運転免許 • GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MSのいずれかの分析機器に関するエンジニア業務またはユーザーとしての経験3年以上 • 英語に抵抗のない方(TOEIC500点相当以上)
