• Develop and implement an ongoing social media strategy and an implementation plan for each campaign • Quarterly review and refinement of the strategy • Periodic reporting of social media performance in collaboration with, and according to the guidelines of, the client • Adjust implementation plans based on the business situation • Collaborate with the content planner to develop execution plans • Extract data and prepare the agency's position • Propose next steps and actions
• 4–5 years' experience in social media strategy or a similar role • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, LINE and other social media practices • Strong understanding of social media KPIs with a focus on organic reach • Proven ability to plan and create effective social media campaigns • Experience managing social media channels and campaigns • Comfortable working with both numbers and words — ability to produce monthly reports on impact/performance • Ability to independently write inspiring, targeted creative briefings • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop social media strategies • Understanding of the European and global social media markets • Understanding of B2B and B2C • German and English: ideally fluent in both; at minimum conversational proficiency
