• End-to-end project management for all creatives in performance marketing (from concept to go-live) • Manage and prioritize the creative pipeline: always know which ads are at which stage of the process • Close collaboration with creative strategists, copywriters, media buyers and the video team to coordinate timings, feedback and deliverables • Create and maintain clear workflows, timelines and task boards (Asana / Notion) • Daily task management and deadline tracking for all creative stakeholders • Organize creative reviews, feedback loops and launch planning • Ensure the creative roadmap is aligned with performance goals and product launches • Build an efficient system for resource, file and project overview • Continuously optimize processes to maximize output speed and quality
• Several years of experience in project management or creative operations, ideally in a marketing, agency or e-commerce environment • Strong understanding of performance marketing and social creatives (Meta, TikTok, UGC, ads) • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel — structured, calm, and solution-oriented • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, etc.) • Excellent communication and coordination skills — you keep teams aligned and deadlines on track • Detail-oriented, hands-on and pragmatic — you think in terms of outcomes, not just tasks • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • Nice to have: experience with creative testing and performance KPIs (hook rate, CTR, CPA) • Basic understanding of post-production, UGC briefings or editing workflows • Experience working in a fast-scaling performance team
