• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing • Hands-on experience with QA methodologies and their practical application • Solid understanding of software development methods and quality processes • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively with software development teams • Good decision-making, organizational, and time management skills • Fluency in Lithuanian • Nice to Have: Experience in the public sector or large-scale IT projects • Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks • ISTQB certification
