• Team leadership & mentoring: You take on the technical leadership of our Admin & Development team. • Architecture & strategy: You are the technical lead of the team and design future-proof solutions for our CRM and systems landscape. • Hands-on development: You contribute directly and drive technically challenging projects forward. • Your focus areas include the design and implementation of: data integrations & migrations, complex automation workflows, and API management. • Innovation & automation: You evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to increase our efficiency — from low-code platforms to AI-supported workflows.
• Solid CRM experience: You understand the logic and processes behind modern customer relationship management systems in detail. • Leadership potential: You already have experience leading small technical teams or mentoring colleagues and want to further develop in this role. • Technical know-how: You are experienced in integrating systems via APIs and have a deep understanding of data flows. • You can develop custom scripts (e.g., in Python), possibly in collaboration with Google Gemini, to automate processes on local servers. • You are familiar with configuring database access on servers and have experience with scheduling systems (e.g., Microsoft Scheduler). • Problem-solving skills: You think analytically, work in a structured way, and find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges. • Strong communication: You speak fluent German and good English. • Practical experience with Salesforce (as an Admin or Developer). • Knowledge of low-code/no-code automation tools such as Make.com or Zapier. • Experience working in an agile environment.
