• Manage and maintain our internal data stack, including Snowflake (data warehouse), dbt (data transformation), and Sigma (BI/dashboarding) • Design, develop, and maintain data models in dbt that support reporting and analytics across business functions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements and to translate them into scalable and maintainable data solutions • Build and maintain Sigma dashboards to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights to internal users • Manage the roll out of analytical use cases and their promotion from pilot, testing, to production including change management, documentation, and enablement • Monitor data quality and ensure integrity, governance, and best practices across systems • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements within data pipelines • Act as the go-to expert for leadership on leveraging our internal data and using that data to make strategic business decisions.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role • Hands-on experience with: Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse • dbt (Data Build Tool) for data modeling and transformation • Sigma Computing or similar BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) • Proficient in SQL and experience optimizing data queries for performance • Proficient with version control tools (e.g., Git) and modern data stack best practices • Strong understanding of data modeling principles, ETL processes, and pipeline architecture • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and clear visualizations • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach • Experience working in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments • Exposure to Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
