📋 Description

• Run 15-minute synchronous video consultations for BMI 25–27 patients, starting on time as booked • Document clinical decisions clearly so another clinician can take over follow-up without needing clarification • Prescribe, redirect, or decline based on clinical merit • Conduct consent conversations and document unlicensed and off-label prescribing in line with GMC good practice • Combine shared decision-making with independent verification where possible • Screen for eating disorder risk, pregnancy, and contraindications; escalate red flags within 24 hours • Participate in case reviews and peer review, and act on audit findings • Surface edge cases and protocol gaps to the Medical Lead and Clinical Product team • Work under the clinical direction of Prof Frank Joseph and report directly to Saim Dalvi, Chief Clinical Strategy Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise • Must be on the GP Register • Current revalidation and clean professional record • Working fluency in off-label prescribing obligations under GMC Good practice in prescribing and managing medicines • Telehealth or remote consultation experience • Excellent documentation skills • Reliable ability to hold consultations on time as booked • UK-based with right to work • Enhanced DBS • Availability for 5–10 sessions per week, including some evenings and weekends • Demonstrated comfort declining a paying patient and documenting the rationale • GLP-1 prescribing experience or structured weight-management exposure preferred • SCOPE certification or other formal obesity medicine training preferred • Experience at another leading digital-first provider preferred • Audit or quality-improvement leadership preferred • Comfort working with a protocol that iterates monthly preferred
