📋 Description

• Own projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through technical handover and production sign-off • Oversee platform adaptation for particular customer needs and requirements • Monitor and fulfill customer expectations • Manage delivery of client-requested platform features from release planning through feature dependencies and product lifecycle • Understand product development effort, team roles, and stages of team involvement • Ensure product alignment with customer requirements and take responsibility for the product on Acclaim's side • Provide regular project status updates to clients • Oversee project scope and allocate resources efficiently • Ensure budget adherence • Maintain high-quality standards through thorough pre-release testing • Set key product metrics and monitor achievement, adjusting goals based on performance feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in BigTech or AI tech startups • Strong experience working with Voice AI platforms • Deep familiarity with TTS, ASR, speech recognition systems, and/or telephony technologies • Customer-first and data-driven mindset • Strong ability to analyze data and identify key metrics • Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with the engineering team • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and results-driven approach • Proficiency in development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum is a plus • Product management expertise in the tech industry, particularly launching AI and ML products, is a nice-to-have • Strong understanding of ML operations is a nice-to-have
