📋 Description

• Evolve the frontend architecture from a centralized monorepo to a true platform. • Evaluate and implement architectural patterns to solve scaling challenges. • Build toolings and isolation layers that allow feature teams to ship value. • Establish clear boundaries and APIs between platform and features. • Drive consistency across the frontend stack, standardizing patterns while allowing flexibility. • Define and enforce coding standards, performance budgets, and architectural guidelines. • Mentor engineers and align stakeholders on technical vision. • Drive projects that increase platform resilience and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on large-scale frontend architecture. • Proven track record of decoupling monolithic applications or building plugin architectures. • Proficient in React and TypeScript. • Deep knowledge of bundlers (Vite preferred), the TanStack ecosystem (Router, Query), and monorepo tools (Turborepo, pnpm workspaces). • Experience with GraphQL architectures. • Strong opinions on Micro-Frontends vs. Modular Monoliths. • Current with modern development practices and tooling. • Business-centric approach understanding the architectural impact on business velocity. • Excellent communication skills, able to rally teams behind a vision. • Open-minded and share ideas effectively.
