📋 Description

• Own operational and financial performance across your region, ensuring parking facilities run smoothly, look great, and maximize revenue potential. • Design repeatable processes, manage third-party vendors, and develop pricing and enforcement strategies. • Balance site visits, vendor negotiations, and revenue optimization models; proactively solve problems and manage competing priorities. • Lead and manage the enforcement fleet (Space Force) and run experiments to maximize enforcement efficiency. • Develop, implement, and iterate on dynamic pricing strategies; evaluate market trends and competitor rates; build and maintain reporting dashboards. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partner Success, and regional leadership to align strategies and deliver results for property owners. • Travel ~6 weeks/year for company offsites, new location launches, and onboarding; travel 20%+ for site visits.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations (ideally at another start up or company with a similar regional operations model (e.g. DoorDash, Uber, etc), banking, or consulting. • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making. • Process and systems driven: designs, documents, and enforces SOPs; builds repeatable playbooks; instruments workflows and iterates for quality and speed. • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proven ability to use data to inform strategy, identify trends, and optimize performance including user-level analysis and segmentation • Willingness to travel across the region for site visits and vendor meetings (20%+ Travel). • Ability to work US time zones (implied by hiring anywhere within North America and travel requirements).
