⢠15+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally in healthcare, medtech, and/or AI/software. ⢠Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales and commercial leadership, covering both new business and account growth. ⢠Experience in both startup and corporate environments, balancing agility with structure. ⢠Strong understanding of commercial operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM (Salesforce preferred). ⢠Experience in building and scaling teams or sales processes. ⢠Excellent communication and negotiation skills with KOLs and strategic partners. ⢠Strategic thinker with strong execution and leadership capabilities. ⢠Background in medical imaging, diagnostic software, or healthcare AI (Good to Have). ⢠Spanish proficiency (Good to Have).
