📋 Description

• Coordinate a wide variety of projects at GivingTuesday from start to finish across Project Management, Knowledge Management, Partnerships, and Data Science teams. • Track priorities, deliverables, and timelines for multiple projects; develop and own project plans and timelines and lead execution. • Report to and communicate with clients and partners regularly using appropriate methods, channels, and tools. • Interact with and manage vendors according to project plans. • Create effective deliverables and communication materials (training documents, project updates, charts, visuals). • Participate in and support the Senior Manager and staff on other projects as needed. • Take on administrative responsibilities including scheduling client meetings and stakeholder interviews. • Conduct user needs interviews, distill user or technical requirements, resolve technical data/workflow issues, design solutions, and provide implementation support. • Learn (self-directed) about new skills, technology, and topics as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating and managing projects (tracking priorities, deliverables, and timelines). • Ability to develop, coordinate, and own project plans and timelines and lead execution. • Experience reporting to and communicating with clients and partners; client management skills. • Experience interacting with and managing vendors according to project plans. • Ability to create deliverables and communication materials (training documents, project updates, charts, visuals). • Experience conducting user needs interviews and distilling user or technical requirements. • Ability to resolve technical data/workflow issues, develop elements of information architecture, and provide implementation support. • Administrative skills including scheduling client meetings and stakeholder interviews. • Self-directed learning about new skills, technology, and topics. • Passion, commitment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Must provide resume and a short cover letter. • Mid Level role.
