🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled at a university or higher education institution for at least one more year (required). • At least one completed vocational training program or bachelor’s degree (required). • Available to work 15–20 hours per week as a tutor (required). • Initial experience in digital sales, particularly with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and willingness to deepen this knowledge. • Fluent in German with excellent communication skills. • Empathetic and enjoy working with people. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to every project.
