• Perform residential title reviews • Review title searches and related documentation • Ensure marketable title, lien priority, and compliance with applicable guidelines • Complete file reviews at times of their choosing

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in applicable state(s) • Detail-oriented • Highly organized • Comfortable working independently • Experienced in residential real estate title examination
